An old idea I had. I was always kind of disappointed that the most tengu-like pokemon we have is Shiftry, and it isn't even flying type.

Evolves by levelling up while knowing feather dance

I may have some other ideas having to do with this concept.

Honestly, I feel like we don't need a more tengu-like Pokemon. Shiftry is pretty good, IMO.
